We are a group of London taxi drivers who offer personalised tours of the city in our iconic black cabs, showing you the sights and top locations that you really want to see. Our tours are private, unique and personalised – just tell your driver about your interests and they will put together the perfect itinerary for you.
Our drivers have all passed The Knowledge to become qualified cab drivers, and we all have guiding qualifications from the Museum of London and the Worshipful Company of Hackney Carriage Drivers. This means we are Qualified Taxi Guides. We have so much knowledge – we cannot wait to share it with you.

What do I need to know when booking a tour?
This is some of the most important information you will need to know when you book a tour with us:
- Our taxis can carry up to 6 passengers. All of our taxis are fully wheelchair accessible – if you have any questions about accessibility, please just ask.
- We can pick you up from anywhere at all. When you book online, we can pick you up from central London postcodes – just select your location when you book. If you want picking up from further afield, that’s no problem at all. Just get in touch – we want to make sure you book in enough time to enjoy your tour, so we will discuss your options with you.
- Prices are per taxi, per tour, per hour. Our tours are priced at £60 per hour, rather than being priced for each person. Spread the cost between you for a lower-cost tour.

Where do cabs come from?
The word cab is derived from the word cabriolet, which comes from the Hansom Cab, an open top single horse and carriage. This is the origin of the modern-day cab and this is why taxi drivers are often referred to as cab drivers.
The London cab driver has to have a licence, which is granted by Transport for London once the cab driver has passed The Knowledge. It is illegal for minicab companies to use the word taxi – our service is exclusive to black taxis.
Information for our disabled passengers
All of our taxis are fully accessible and are equipped with ramps. If you would like us to arrange a tour with accessible locations, please just let us know – we will make sure all our customers are fully accommodated.
