How do I book?
You can book the majority of our tours instantly online. When you choose this option, we will pick you up from any of the following central London postcodes:
E1, E2, EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4, N1, NW1, NW8, SE1, SE11, SE16, SE17, SW1, SW3, SW4, SW5, SW6, SW7, SW10, W1, W2, W8, W9, W10, W11, W14, WC1, WC2
What if I want to be picked up from a different postcode?
Not a problem! Please just get in touch to book your tour instead. We can make sure your tour will be long enough depending on your pickup location and get it booked in for you.
Which tours can be booked online?
All tours can be booked online except the Layover Tour, as you we will need flight arrival and departure details to ensure you have sufficient time. You can book all other tours and find out more about them here:

What if I'm interested in the Layover Tour?
If you are interested in booking a Layover Tour, please get in touch. We will discuss your requirements and get your tour booked in for you.
I want a longer tour. Is this possible?
This won’t be a problem at all. We can accommodate you for any number of hours – some of our customers even book taxi tours over multiple days. Please get in touch to book, or visit our Build your own Tour page for a 4, 6, 8 or 10-hour time slot.
Can I see different sights to the ones mentioned?
Absolutely! Your tour is 100% bespoke. You don’t need an itinerary beforehand – we can discuss this once you get in the taxi. If there are certain sights you really want to see, this is absolutely fine as well. Just let us know.
Why can’t I book all your tours online?
You can book all of our standard 4-hour or 6-hour tours online. However, all of our tours can be personalised – you can choose everything, from the amount of time you want to the pickup location. If you want to book something a little bit different, please see our build your own tour option, or get in touch with the team and we will be able to book this in for you.
How do I pay?
All payments are to be made in advance in order to confirm your booking via our secure online payment system, Stripe.
What is your cancellation policy?
You will receive a full refund (minus any processing fees) if you cancel a tour 24 hours or more prior to the start time. Later cancellations will be charged 100% of the booked tour price. If you know you are going to be late or have experienced a delay in your travel, please let us know as soon as possible – we can be flexible and there maybe the possibility of rearranging rather than cancelling.
I just want to book a taxi rather than a taxi tour. Can I do this with you?
We are specialist tour guides so unfortunately you cannot book a taxi service with us. We recommend you download the mytaxi app, which allows you to book a taxi at your convenience.

I’m not here for very long! How much can I fit in?
You’ll still have time to see lots of the sights. As a black taxi tour company, we know all the shortcuts and use bus lanes to avoid traffic. We would recommend at least 4 hours to see as much of London as possible, however we can accommodate shorter tours if you are short on time.
How much do your tours cost?
Tours are priced at £102 per hour, per taxi. You don’t pay per person, meaning you can spread the cost between you.
Why can I only book tours starting from central postcodes online?
We want to make sure you have enough time to enjoy your tour. When we pick you up from a central London postcode, we know we will have time to provide a good tour during a standard 4-hour or 6-hour booking slot.
When you book a tour with a different starting point, we will need to know your location first so we can recommend a suitable tour length. We can pick you up from absolutely anywhere – we just want to make sure you have time to see more than the motorway!
Will I go into any attractions during the tour?
We do not usually go into larger London attractions as it would take up too much of your tour time. We may go into smaller buildings that are free to visit, such as churches. Attractions in London are very easy to visit on your own and many have their own qualified guides inside – we will be more than happy to make recommendations, or drop you off at a specific location so you can carry on exploring London.
During tours outside of London, we will often visit attractions like Stonehenge. Please note that entrance fees are not included in your tour. We will be happy to organise pre-paid skip the line tickets for you.
